ORIGINAL DRAWINGS: Coloured pencil on A4 Off-White Drawing Paper 160gsm, using professional art supplies (contact me if you would like bright-white paper).
FINE ART PRINTS: Giclee art prints, printed on quality 100% Cotton Rag white A4 310gsm paper using archival inks. Printed in New Zealand.
I ship my A4 artwork flat, with a backing board and a cellophane envelope , however if you prefer it shipped in a tube then I am happy to accommodate (please contact me prior to purchasing so I can organise this)
Shipping is from New Zealand. Originals ship in 1-2 weeks. Prints in stock will ship 1-3 business days, otherwise they will ship in 5 - 7 working days.
International shipping may take up to two weeks to arrive.

The Fine Print:
Originals: I will email you the finished result before mailing.
As per the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994 all artwork belongs to me and must not be sold or reproduced without my permission.
If you would like any changes to be made during the process of creating the art, I need to know before it is complete, and there may be additional charges if it was not what was originally agreed upon.
If you are not satisfied with the artwork before I mail it, I will refund 75% of the total purchase cost back to you, keeping 25% for my time, and I keep the artwork as my own to sell or print as per the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994.
I cannot accept returns after mailing the item to you due to the nature of my work.
I do not cover damage or loss of item in transit. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover in the event of your item getting lost or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can send you costings. International: Roughly it will cost NZ$35 or above for insurance.

Original copy is mailed to you.

If you are wanting more than 2 pets drawn on one A4 page, please let me know.
I keep in contact with you throughout the process so you can see your drawing progressing, and for me to check with you that you are happy with how it is going, and also lets you make any changes before it is finished (major changes may incur a fee - see T&Cs).
Upon ordering through the contact form, please send me a high quality photo of your pet by email artfromnz@gmail.com
To get the best result for your art: It must not be a blurry photo (the eyes and nose must look detailed). Your photo taken in daylight. Please message me first if you are unsure or need help choosing the best photograph.
